Yes — and we encourage it! Applications can be submitted easily through our website once the first phase is officially released. No printers, no in-person drop-offs, just a few clicks and you're on your way.
Landlord references are ideal, but professional references are also helpful — basically, someone who can vouch for you being a responsible, respectful tenant (and ideally someone who’s not your mom, even if she’s very convincing).
We move as quickly as possible. Once your application is complete and all documents are in, you can typically expect a response within a few business days.
The initial lease term is 12 months. After that, it automatically transitions to month-to-month, giving you flexibility without the hassle of re-signing.

Our property was designed with comfort in mind from day one, and that includes central air conditioning built directly into each residence. No clunky units, no trip to the hardware store, no sweating through a heatwave while waiting for delivery.
Aside from size, almost all available one- and two-bedroom units include a private in-suite laundry centre.
Studio units do not include in-suite laundry but have access to the building’s community laundry room with commercial machines. All units benefit from convenient on-site laundry options.
Parking, and storage lockers are available as optional add-ons for an additional cost.
Because not everyone needs everything — and we’re not in the business of charging you for a parking spot you’ll never use or a storage locker that becomes a graveyard for empty moving boxes. This way, you can customize your living experience and only pay for what actually matters to you. Think of it as à la carte living — but for grown-up things like storage and parking.
Absolutely — if space is available, you can add parking or storage at any time during your lease. Just let us know when you’re ready.
